MID-LIFE LIFE-COACHING
for the LGBTQ+ Community
As LGBTQ+ people, we live our lives without a map. It's up to us to work out who we want to be and how we want to live. As we approach and navigate our mid-life years, we enter territory seldom charted. What does it mean to be in our forties, fifties and beyond in a world that feels increasingly hostile towards us. How can we make positive choices to live as our most authentic selves and thrive at our peak. Entering our eldership is a gift. We can let go of other people's expectations and throw off the shackles of youth. Our lives are ours to live.
Sometimes it helps to have someone to talk about this with. As a mid-life coach I can hold space where we can explore together the challenges and opportunities that the next phase of your life holds. Maybe you have an ambition to fulfil or a dream you'd like to make real, or perhaps you're just feeling a bit lost, stuck or directionless. Mid-life coaching can help you feel more clear, confident and in control of your future, going from mid-life crisis to mid-life confidence.
